Returns

• There is a 20% restocking fee for orders canceled by the customer after they are placed with our suppliers but not yet shipped from Sorgys to the customer.
• All returns must be authorized.
• Returned items must be prepaid. No COD's or checks.
• All items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Sorgys only honors the manufacturers and distributors warranties. We do not have our own warranty.
• All items must be in new condition and in original packaging.
• Credit for returned items will be applied to your next order, no cash refunds.
• Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed
• 20% restocking fee will be applied to all items, including stock items and items canceled before shipment.
• Occasionally Sorgys may have to obtain credit from our supplier before issuing credit to our customer.
• We cover the shipping charges only when we believe there to be an error on our behalf.
• We will not accept returns on electrical parts that have been installed.
• No returns for "made-to-order" items.
